Atlantic wins Exxon's Ace of Diamonds Award

3/17/2008 - Joliet, IL - Atlantic Plant Services received ExxonMobil’s 2007 Ace of Diamonds Safety Award at the Annual ExxonMobil Safety awards dinner in late February for work at its ExxonMobil, Joliet Refinery. “APS has been a key partner in safety at ExxonMobil Joliet for 25 years and we are pleased to have the hard work of our site supervisor and personnel recognized with this prestigious award,” said Darryl Schimeck, President, Atlantic Plant Services.

Atlantic wins 10 NPRA Safety Awards

5/9/2007 - The Woodlands, TX - Atlantic Scaffolding and Atlantic Plant Services, subsidiaries of Atlantic Industrial, won 10 NPRA (National Petrochemical and Refiners Association) Meritorious Safety Awards for Contractors. “It is an honor to be recognized for our safety results by so many of our customers, and it is a testimony to our commitment to safety,” states Steven Sisney, President of Atlantic Industrial.

Atlantic Wins 8 NPRA Safety Awards

5/5/2006 - Columbia, MD - Atlantic Scaffolding and Atlantic Plant Services, subsidiaries of Atlantic Industrial, qualify for eight NPRA (National Petrochemical and Refiners Association) Meritorious Safety Awards for Contractors. Atlantic Scaffolding was recognized at six facilities including ExxonMobil Refinery and ExxonMobil O&A Plant in Beaumont, ConocoPhillips in Lake Charles, ChevronTexaco in Pascagoula, Valero in Memphis and Marathon in Catlettsburg. Atlantic Plant Services earned their two awards at CITGO Petroleum Corporation in Lemont and ExxonMobil Refining and Supply in Joliet.

Insulco/Atlantic Plant Services Wins 3 Zero Injury Safety Awards

Built to Stand Strong — Scaffolding Survives Hurricane Rita

11/1/2005 - Atlantic Scaffolding was recently contracted by CB&I to provide a jig stand at a major Gulf Coast refinery. The scaffolding was being used on an FCCU project, supporting the structure, as well as allowing for the human access needed to install the cyclones.

Atlantic Scaffolding Company Forms Strategic Partnership with Jacobs Engineering Group

7/1/2000 - Atlantic Scaffolding Company announced today that it has completed an investment by Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE –JEC). The strategic partnership will provide added momentum to Atlantic’s growth program by providing expanded services to the pulp and paper, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and power industries on a nationwide basis. In making the announcement, Atlantic’s Founder and CEO Peter P. Effective FCC Revamp Management Leads to Substantial Benefits

3/26/2000 - Williams Refining, LLC has successfully implemented a major revamp to increase the capacity and yield performance of its fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit located in Memphis, Tennessee. The entire project was accomplished in less than one calendar year, from start of engineering to completion of the turnaround. Project management, procurement, engineering and construction was provided by International Alliance Group (IAG) of Houston, Texas as general contractor. The FCC revamp design utilized the latest technology from UOP LLC. The success of this project was a direct result of the effective team approach between Williams, IAG and UOP.
